vorige week betaald voor Premium Family

en nu is iedereen afgekoppeld tevens ik zelf en Abbonement terug naar free gezet.

 

Geen telefoonnummer te vinden van Spotify wat werkt.

 

wel geld nemen maar niet leveren

I hope you don't mind I'm answering in English...

Are you the manager of the Family plan? Could you check on the Family hub if everything is correct? You could also try to remove the users and send a new invitation to them and check if the issue can be solved.
