Habe einen Premium Family Account. Online wird dieser auch so angezeigt. Wenn ich mich aber in der App anmelde, erscheint nur free und ich kann auch keine Playlists Downloaden. Befinde mich zu Zeit in Spanien, liegt es daran?

If you're having trouble viewing the correct subscription, do any of the below steps help?

- Log out/in again

- Check you're logging in to the correct account. Check the username/email address used when subscribing

- Reinstall the app

Sorry, I've already tryed all the things, always the same. Online it works with my Account, but not in the App.
