My Question or Issue

 Hi

I am sending an invitation to a family member.
Mail "You have an invitation to a Premium Plan for the family!" comes to the mailbox. Until then, everything is working properly.
After clicking on the button: "Accept the invitation" I am redirected to https://www.spotify.com/pl/account/subscription/.
Then go to the "Manage Family Accounts" page and the invite status is still "Invitation pending reception".
I tried to open an email from the phone, computer, iPad and everywhere is the same result.

and thanks for reaching out to the community !

 

As a first step please try and send the invite using a different web browser.

If this doesn't help, try sending the invite using a different e-mail adress.
