My Question or Issue
I just upgraded my account to a family member account.
I sent an invite to the other 4 family members. 3 joined the family account succesfully. However 1 keeps getting the message (after verifying the home address): “something went wrong”. We tried a new link, no success.
What are we doing wrong?
