My Question or Issue
I just upgraded my account to a family member account.
I sent an invite to the other 4 family members. 3 joined the family account succesfully. However 1 keeps getting the message (after verifying the home address): “something went wrong”. We tried a new link, no success.
What are we doing wrong?

In this case we suggest that the family member try to accept the invite in a incognito/private window.
It would also be great if the family member can try to accept the invite from another device.

Unfortunately, both solutions diddn't work. Another device as well as an incognito Window resulted in the same message: there is a problem (in Dutch: er is een probleem opgetreden.). Attached a screenshot.
