I subscribed to Premium Family ealier in the year.

I checked my account yesterday and it says Spotify Free.  Today when I logged in, I am getting advertisements in between songs. (Up until then it has been ad free - despite what my account says) My kids are getting the benefit of Premuim Family  (lucky them!) and I am not it seems.  Money still being deducted from bank account.

 

Help would be appreciated, thank you

It sounds like you might have a second account.

Don't worry, we’d suggest taking a look at the steps here to determine whether or not you’re logged into the right one.

Let us know if this helps to reunite you with your Premium.

I tried those options and dont appear to have multiple accounts. Do you have any other suggestions?

I still havent been reunited with Premium after trying what you suggested.

 

Could you get back to me with another solution please?  Otherwise I am thinking I will have to close the account.
