so I deleted my spotify premium subscription via my phone-carrier over a week ago but still I can't change my subscription to the premium family one because somehow spotify hasn't noticed that I deleted the other subscription.

Hey @noemicaroline,

You need to wait until your account reverts back to Free. After your account reverted back to Free, you should be able to upgrade to Premium for Family here:

I know that but do you perhaps know how long that will take?

Because my sister deleted her subscription from the same phone carrier a few days after me and her account has already changed to spotify free but mine still hasn't.
