I have subscribed to this service and invited 2 of my children, but it says the address they are putting in (which is also mine), isn't at the same location.  I signed up to a normal account ages ago on Facebook, so want to check what address I have put in to see why they are being rejected.  Can anyone help?

Hi Sue!

 

Have you considered re-signing up the accounts to the family plan, or disconnecting the associated Facebook accounts?

 

If this doesn't work, then perhaps a member of the Spotify team can be back in touch with a response.

Thanks.  Will give that a go.  I just don't want to lose all the play lists etc thatI have on my account already.
