I got a 2 year subscription through Rogers and never knew about it till last year. I used it for 3 months and now I am on a free account. I was told through Rogers that my subscription should not end till Nov 2017.

I have reached out to Rogers and was told to contact Spotify

I understand that but your subscription is managed by Rogers so you should reach out to them 🙂
