Premium Member but Login via FB says Free User

Hello,

 

I am a Premium Member for a couple of months and have my credit card receipts to prove it (incl. Playlists).

Since Dec. 14 I have noticed, that my playlists are gone. When I login via my Facebook account, it says that I am a free User???

What happend  & what can I do - please help...

Hi,

 

It looks like your account may have split and created the free one.  Please contact the support team via this link and they will help repair your account.
