Premium Membership and can't log in abroad

I had spotify and came over to live in Canada. Since then I have not been able to log in at all. I updated and got a premium membership and have updated my settings to Canadian and updated my card to a canadian credit card and yet it STILL will not let me log in, keeps on saying I can't use it abroad so now I have been paying for a premium membership for 1-2 months and haven't been able to use it. I've tried on both my computer and iphone and have no access to it.

Please let me know how you're trying to log into the Spotify app:

1. using Facebook
2. using email address and password
3. using username (not your email address!) and password
