Premium Not Working on iPhone

Premium Not Working on iPhone

I have paid the $0.99 CAD for a premium account, and on my computer it is showing that I have a premum account. On my iPhone, the premium options worked for about 24 hours and then went back to a free subscription. 

 

So now if I log nto Spotify on my laptop (Mac) it is showing I have a premium account, but if I go into settings on my iPhone, it says my account is free and won't let me use any premium feature.

 

I have tried removing and re-adding the device. No luck. I have tried deleting and reinstalling the app. No luck. How can this be fixed?

Hey @kulks!

 

 

Are you able to see your Premium features when you log in on other devices? If not, try logging out and back in to refresh the app.

 

It's also possible that you have more than one account. If you're account was created through Facebook, try using the "Log in with Facebook" button.

 

If it wasn't created with Facebook, try logging in with the username and password. Make sure that you aren't entering the full email address in the username box.
