Premium-Only playing half the songs on offline mode.

Hey

Have recently got spotify premimum and have finally managed to download some song. 

However, only half of them work in offline mode. 

Have tryed restarting my phone, logging off and back in to spotify and redownloading the songs. None of this works!!!

My phone is a samsung. 

Any help much appreciated.

Can you let us know what device/operating system and Spotify version you're currently using?

Give it a try reinstalling the app and see if you're still experiencing the same issue. Here's how.

I've been having this issue to. New year shenanigans I tell ya 🙂

On my Google Pixel (android)

I have a samsung galaxy A5 and the version of spotify is 7.2.0.1250 armv7

In this case, please follow these steps:

1. Log in to your account page on our website and click Offline devices in the menu on the left.
2. Click REMOVE ALL DEVICES.
3. Reinstall the app with the steps here.
4. Save your offline tracks again.

If that doesn't work, please remove the SD card, if there's one, reinstall the app, then reinsert the SD card again to see if it makes any difference.
