Premium Paused and shouldn't be - Spotify must be having billing issues

Premium Paused and shouldn't be - Spotify must be having billing issues

Yesterday my premium subscription got "paused" as it's saying my billing payment method won't go through.  It processed last month with no problem.  and when i contacted my credit card they said they never received a payment request from spotify.  My credit card company even tried to contact spotify with no avail.  I even tried to use another credit card and it still wouldn't process.  My credit card company said it must be an issue with spotify's end but there is NO WAY TO CONTACT SPOTIFY.  i tried to contact them and all they do is tell me to find answer to questions online.  HELLPPPPP.  i love spotify.  is anybody else having this issue?  what should i do?

MINE IS STILL DOING IT.... did you figure out how to get it fixed?
