Premium Payment Doesn't Work

Hi,

Last week, my premium payment stopped and after consultation with the bank, it seems there is an error on Spotify's side and not theirs. I have tried many times to pay for it but every time it comes up with the message that the card or the card provider (Visa) is having a bad day,

If you submit the contact form instead of the Twitter Message, make sure to check your inbox and junk folder for an email from Spotify.
