I have just bought two premiums (I bought two because it was not active in the first one), my account is still not premium. Could you help?
(The money was withdrawn from my card, so the payment was made twice.)

Please wait some hours to ensure systems are running fine. Is this a cross-plattform problem?

Are you able to see the current status of the charge? If it hasn't gone through, try signing up for Premium again using an incognito window to see if it makes a difference.
