Premium Removed from my Account, Playlists Missing

Premium Removed from my Account, Playlists Missing

I have been a Spotify premium user for well over a year. All day yesterday I was able to use Spotify on all of my devices without issue. This morning, my playlists have disappeared and I'm being listed as a Free user on all devices. When I check account history, there is none. When I check previous payment, none are listed. I didn't log in differently, create an account or anything. In fact, I was logged in to Spotify and it automatically logged me out and back in, as a Free User.

 

This is extremely frustrating and ridiculous as literally nothing changed from 12 hours ago when it was working. I submitted a help form claim and got a boilerplate response to check out the forums or read the help guides, all of which I've done. What is going on?
