[Premium] Saved and downloaded albums undownloaded every billing day

I have been a Premium user for the 2nd month and for two occurrences all of my saved and downloaded albums become undownloaded, more or less during my billing date, forcing me to download everything again (for three hours!).

Is this an expected result of the billing date? If not then how can this be prevented in my next billing date?

Hey @troymeren, welcome to the Spotify Community!

This is definitely not happening on purpose. Could you try going to the Offline Devices tab of your account page, removing all devices, then re-downloading your music onto your devices? Sometimes this seems to help with this problem.

Hi @Jacob_, I followed your suggestion to remove all devices.

Unfortunately I was able to replicate my original problem, but not during a billing day (but more or less within five days after that date and after I paid).

I have downloaded all of my albums and was connected to the Internet when the connection failed. I was listening to a non-saved and non-downloaded album during this time. The connection was still down and when I checked all of my previously saved and downloaded albums (except for playlists), they are now un-downloaded.

Again, is this expected when the Internet connection fails? Or if not what should be done to prevent this from happening again?

This is really discouraging with the fact that there's no "select all" option in the "All Albums" view so I can just choose "download" for everything easily.
