Hello, community, I decided to use the premium function and have therefore initiated an immediate transaction via my bank. I also received the confirmation by email. Unfortunately, my account didn't receive an upgrade. I have already submitted a ticket to the support and received a reply to which I should contact the community. Does anyone have a pale glimmer of what else I can do? I've already logged in again and even arranged for a new installation. Thank you in advance for your help.
