Premium Spotify Account Hacked! please help

Hi There.

My account has been hacked. Someone has managed to change my email and password. I can still log in (Via Facebook) but i cant change my password or email address. Also I have noticed that sometimes my playback stops as my account is being used elsewhere. and Ipod has been added top my devices list which is not mine and a new playlist is has been created. Can you please set my email back to what it is supposed to be <removed> and reset my password.

Please contact me back on this email address <removed> as the one on my spotify account is from the hijacker.

I suggest you contact support so they can help you

 

On the contact form you will be able to provide all of your account details as well as an email address that Spotify can contact you at that is separate from what is currently on the account

If you get an automated reply email telling you to check the help section or the community, you need to reply back to it, even if it's from a no-reply address.

 

Support usually replies within 24-48 hours.
