Premium Spotify and playlists dissappeared!

Hello,.

Five days ago I had to reset my facebook password (since I had forgotten it)

After that,,, as logging in to Spotify something strange happened.
All my playlists had dissapeared.
Also my premium spotify account dissapeared and now I only have a free account with ads.

I think somewhere in all this... when changing/reseting my facebook password... that a new spotify account occured. (my fault? I don´t know) But it seems like the problem is that I have a new account the one with ads.. and that is not the account wich I have been using - it is the premium account that I used where all my playlists are.

How do I get this back????

It sounds like you might have accidentally created and logged into a duplicate account.

Try following the steps outlined in this post and see if they can get you back into your original account. If not, there is a link in that post to get in touch with the Spotify team directly and they will be able to lend a hand.
