Spotify makes it easy to find and organise music, so after several months I signed up for Premium. All went well until some time last December when Spotify stopped connecting to the TV. Those three big white mesmerising dots just never stop... I can't reinstall Spotify since the TV reports the app is up to date — it's a "core" app which Samsung doesn't let you reinstall. It runs just fine on my Samsung smart phone, a PC and a laptop but not on the big TV with the nice sound gear. There's no way to communicate with Spotify, you just go around and around the blimmin' help system, so the only way out seems to be to cancel my subscription, which is the last thing I want to do.
Can anyone help with a fix or a link to a fix, please?
