I have recently signed up with Fido specifically because their plans include Spotify premium. This is the second time it has changed to free and I can't change it back!
please help because this is very frustrating and Fido says this is Spotify's issue
I'm sorry to hear this has happened.
As your subscription's through Fido, they'll need to activate Premium on your account as they manage your subscription.
Could you get back in touch with them about this? They should be able to activate your subscription again.
