Premium Student Discount not working

I have been subscribed to spotify's student discount for some time now.  The charge has been $4.99 a month, but this month (April) I was charged full price of $9.99.  I am unclear of what to do as I can't find an email to contact someobody.  

Any help is much appreciated! Thank you!
