Premium Subscription Not Working

Premium Subscription Not Working

I'm not sure if this is the right place to post this but I got Spotify Premium on my phone plan with Fido in September, and I'm supposed to have it for 24 months. I was using it last night at around 8PM and at 10PM, when I went to use it, it told me my subscription had ended. I tried looking for help with Fido but they told me to contact Spotify. I'm just not sure why it was working and then 2 hours later, it wasn't. Sorry if this is the wrong place but I need help. Thanks!
