Premium Subscription -- Sign Up Issue

Hi - I'm trying to switch my Spotify plan from Free to Premium and would like to take advantage of the $0.99/month for three months promotion, but when I reach the payment page, the deal disappears (see screenshots below).

I've never had a Premium account so I should be eligible for this deal. I've also reached out to your customer support team via email but received an automated response directing me to this community.

Hey @lrosef,

If you got an automated reply email telling you to check the Knowledgebase or the Spotify Community, you need to reply back to it, even if it's from a no-reply address. Spotify Support usually replies within 24-48 hours.
