Premium Subscription is active, paying over iTunes, however I can't cancel it

Hi, 

 

Since I found out that you pay 3 Euros more over iTunes than Spotify itself, I wanted to cancel the subcription and re-subscribe (now directly with Spotify) again.

 

I followed the steps to cancel a subscription with iTunes, however when I check my subscription on my Apple-ID, it doesn't list the currently active one, which means that I am unable to cancel the subscription. 

 

Did anyone of you experience any similiar situation and fixed it?

Hello and thanks for posting in the community!
This sounds like an issue with Apple's side of the subscription, have you tried contacting them?
