Premium Subscription on phone not found on computer

Premium Subscription on phone not found on computer

I have premium on my phone but when i logged in on the computer it says i only have free. I need to change my payment info but since it says i only have free i am unable to do so. I have i never logged in with facebook so that isn't the problem. i have another account but it is under a different email so that isn't the problem either. So far i have not been able to find anything on the forums to help me.

Yes. I tried following the steps but the problem I run into is that I have never received a receipt from Spotify so I can't look send them any of that info. I have never had a receipt sent to any email that I have. So it's like there is no way other than the charges from my card to show that I have it.
