You should be able to get Spotify Premium through the iOS app by heading to Spotify, then hit settings and then hit Premium. A 'Get Premium' button should be available. However, I recommend you go and buy Spotify Premium on the actual Spotify website or get a Gift Card as buying through the App Store will cost more than buying it normally as the App Stores need to receive a cut.

no need to apologise! Go to the sandwich menu, click the settings button next to the bell/notification bell and tap on Account, you should see Subscription - Free and a Get Premium button!
