Premium Trial Never Started & Card Charged

Premium Trial Never Started & Card Charged

I like Spotify. Decided to try premium free for 30-days.  Premium Spotify never kicked in. Did the reinstalls. This was back in April. Frankly forgot to followup sooner.  Checking my charges for the month and Spotify has charged the subscription fee for the subscription I never was able to experience for 30-days for free. I would like my $9.99 back and the opportunity to have my 30-day free trial so I can actually make a decision. 

 

Is there no 1-800 number or chat capabilities.  I am not a fan of the forum setting.

If your account is still showing as free then you have not logged into the account you have upgraded. Double check your details, its amazingly easy to accidentally have two accounts, one with a Spotify username and another using your Facebook details. If you can't find your account, get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form and they will be able to lend a hand.

 

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
