Premium Upgrade not working

I have tried to upgrade my account to premium using paypal, but i can't get it to work. When I click agree and continue it always throws be back on the screen that lets you choose either credit or paypal. In paypal, I have spotify limited in my preapproved payments, but it is cancelled. Does anyone have a solution?

Have you ever used your PayPal account to pay for a Spotify Premium subscription in the past? Also, just to clarify, could you tell us if you're trying to sign up via one of our offers?

I have not payed for it in the past, it just was there for some reason. Also yes, I tried the 1 month offer.
