Premium accoun impossible to get back

Premium accoun impossible to get back

Hi

 

I use facebook to log in on my premium spotify account. somehow, now when i try to long in again using facebook credentials i logged in on a FREE ACCOUNT.

there are two Andreas Buksdorf spotify account, one Free account the one i can access, and my premium account, also under my name but no idea what credentials are, my payment account is linked to that one and i want to recover it

 

the acount i want to recover is 11134389767

Hi there and welcome to the community,

 

 

You should get in touch with the spotify support team by using the online contact form or by tweeting @SpotifyCares on twitter. 

 

If you get an auto reply back directing you to the help pages, just reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the employees will get back to you as soon as possible.

thanks for the reply, I actually did both things with no answer, will try to reply to the no-reply address

Hi, i dont know why my enquire has been marked as solved.

I have sent 2 twitters to @SpotifyCares, 2 enquires by the Contact form and one email to support@spotify.com and havent got any reply, absolutely nothing.

 

Is there any way someone from this forum can help me?

I have forwarded your post to the support team at Spotify. Hopefully someone will be in contact soon. The list of case numbers I have sent to support is currently backed up, so they'll look into this when they can.

I have picked up your case number 2551639.  Could you please log out of the Spotify account that you are currently using and then follow the troubleshooting in my email?  This will help you recover your main account.

I had to create a new account for the forum since the previus wone is linked to the FREE ACC.
