Hello!

I have been using my Account "koivoo" on spotify for as long as i can remember, but this week it just stopped to work wrong username/pasword. And I use Netcom M+ (norway) with spotify so i got a 12month code activation on my account aswell. I called them and they said that the account "koivoo" is linked to testro12@hotmail.de and its not my mail!? My mail has allways and will allways be koivoo@hotmail.com when i use spotify PLS HELP FAST i want my premium account back!!

Hey! Welcome to the community 🙂

You will need to get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form and one of their specialist advisors will be able to help you recover your account after verifying a few details to prove ownership. 

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
