Premium account already set up

Premium account already set up

I have a premium account. I can see its up to date with payment but on the app it says I'm not a premium account and wants me to add pay again. I've logged out and back in and restarted phone. Still hasn't changed. How do I fix this. I'm close to cancelling my account

Hey @Williethehollow, welcome to the Spotify Community!


You should have received a payment confirmation email from Spotify. Could you check that email and make sure you're logging into the app on your phone with the username it provides? If the username is a 10-digit number, that means you should log in with Facebook.
