Premium account and playlists are gone

Premium account and playlists are gone

Hi there,


A while ago, after updating Spotify, all my playlists and my premium account suddenly vanished.
Ì checked the FAQ and the community for a solution, but nothing seemed to apply to my specific problem. 
My spotify is connected to facebook,  and I only have Spotify on my PC.
I read about duplicates account accidentally being created, but whether I use my e-mail adress or my nickname to login, my playlists and premium acount are still gone.
Does anybody know how to fix this problem? Please help!

My username is Suzefloor

Strange, I can't see a user in the system with that username. I would suggest you get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form and they will be able to dig into this a little deeper for you. 

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
