Premium account back to free, playlists & credits gone

Hi,

i am a bit lost here. I am suddenly kicked back to the free version while i paid and use the premium version for 4 months now without a problem. All playlists & deownload credits are gone, both when i log in with facebook or mu spotify credentials.

My wife also uses my account sometimes on het iphone. When i lokked yesterday, i noticed all my playlists & credits are available on her iphone with her facebook login!!

Can someone please help me to find out what happened here? How can i get everything back under my account?

This sounds quite odd. I think we're going to need to look into your account a little further. Have you contacted Customer Support at all? Just head to 'About us' above, then 'Contact Form'. We'll then sort it out as soon as possible.

i did, but only about the issue of my playlist being gone and my premium account being cancelled.
