My Question or Issue

For some time now my Premium account has been showing unkown devices that are using my account. At first I thought it was someone at work since we are all using the same wifi, but that is not the case. My account is linked to my Facebook. I have changed my Facebook password as well as logged out of all sessions. I also logged out of all sessions/devices on Spotify afterwards. This works for like a day or two and then I see the same device.
