Premium account but downgraded encounters

Premium account but downgraded encounters



I have premium account but when I've landed on (as a logged in user), it treats me like free member. (The premium offers etc.) Also I have issues about continuous play, when I listen to radio or album, it cuts the stream after 3-4 songs. What should I do guys, thanks..

Hi @badhoven80 thanks for posting in the Spotify Community! 


Firstly would you be able to check that the account username you're logged in with matches the username on your Spotify receipt? There's a chance that a duplicate account has been created somehow so lets do a little troubleshooting!
