Premium account but still getting ads

I'm on the Premium for Family plan and I'm still receiving ads sporadically on the Spotify app for PC (audio ads). I've also seen mobile overlays while on iOS.

I'm based in Toronto, ON (Canada) and the from what I remember the ads have also been for Freedome Mobile. 

Please help!

Could you try logging out, then logging back in to see if that helps? If you’re still having trouble, I’d recommend taking a look at this support article for the next steps to take.
