Premium account hacked / account changed

Over the last couple of weeks, I will be listening to music when it will cut off and start playing through another device (through spotify connect I think). I keep setting it to offline mode however I woke up this morning and this person has completely cleared out all of my playlists and saved songs, then created a playlist "hacked yaaaay". It's the premuim family account I have my account through but there's no point continuing to pay for something so unsencure.

I can log in via my facebook atm but it appears they have also changed my password. Please help

I think the same thing happened too me, logged on today and all of my playlists was gone and replaced with some french rap lists... all of my playlist is now gone.

Does this mean they got my card info.
