Hi

My accounts username is vincentya or vinny_yarra@hotmail.com (can't remember as this was always autologon.) email it was registered to was as written but changed to some Gmail address.
I got an email that my account had gotten it's mail changed and now I can't access or recover it. I replied to the mail or accordingly to get Spotify to recover my account but no reply. This is my second account so had to sign in with this just to write this post.


Please fix and respond ASAP. Will have to report my visa card as stolen soon if you don't fix this.

If you get an automated reply email telling you to check the Knowledgebase or the Spotify Community, you need to reply back to it, even if it's from a no-reply address.

 

Support usually replies within 24-48 hours, sometimes even faster.

Should I receive a case number straight away or is this assigned by first who sees the case?

I think that the case # is in the Email subject. Check it 🙂
