Premium account has been removed with no reason

Hi, i have a premium account and still can use it until 2 days ago. Today, i dont know why it was signed out and i can't log in. I tried to reset password but they said the email i entered was not registered or something. So i create a new account (with the same email i used before), but my subscription was Free (so what's happened with the premium subsciption before?). Will it charge my credit card in the next month? Please if anyone can help.

Support will be able to help you out further and take a look under the hood. The best thing to do will be to get your old Premium account back up and running.
