Premium account hijacked but got it back. Now my account is a free account.

Premium account hijacked but got it back. Now my account is a free account.

As stated in the subject description. Had premium. Got hijacked. Problem was fixed but now my account is a free account.

 

I would like to get my premium account restarted/rebooted/resuscitates

You should be able to resubscribe from your online account

 

If you are still being billed for premium but your account is on free, get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form and they will be able to assist you further with this.

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
