Premium account hijiacked

Premium account hijiacked

Hi guys, 

I think my premium account has been hijiacked as in my 'recently played' list, there are songs that I don't even know and also sometimes I've got a message on my app, saying 'Spotify has been paused because your account is being used somewhere else'.

I've already speak with customer service: they've been asking me to remove some suspicious apps from 'Approved applications' on my account. But I still have problems...

Oh btw my account is connected to my facebook profile...

Can you please help me???

Not to worry, help is here!

 

In this case I would suggest first you log out all connected devices on your Spotify account. You can find out how to do that here:

Then, please follow the steps here to change your password:
