Premium account is canceled??

Premium account is canceled??

I have a premium account which is included to my Vodafone Turkey contract but my account is not premium since last sunday. Please help

I reached them and they said it is not a error caused by them. Are you sure
about it is not caused by Spotify?

Yeah, so I'd recommend reaching out to your mobile carrier again.
