Premium account lost, I pay without having access to Premium account

  • Hey Community! 🙂
  • I have several Accounts and one of them is a Premium Account. The problem is that I lost the access data and that I pay monthly via Credit Card without using my Premium Account anymore. I would like zu cancel this account.
    Please help me! I don't know what to do anymore...

Sorry to hear you’re having some issues logging into your Premium account.

 

Firstly, if you’re not sure which email address is linked to the Premium account, we’d recommend having a quick scan of the email accounts you own for emails from ‘hello@spotify.com’. That way, you can determine which one you used to sign up for at www.spotify.com.

 

If however you're unable to log into the email anymore, and also can't find the details, we'd then recommend reaching out to Support one of these ways:

Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/SpotifyCares

 

They'll then be able to track down the account, and either help to reunite you with it or to cancel 🙂
