Premium account not being recognized

Premium account not being recognized

I can log into my spotify account but it doesn't seem to register that I am a premium user. I have not canceled my subscription and pay every month. I just want to know why can't I listen to the music I'm paying for? Has anyone else had this happen, and if so what steps did you take to correct it? Thanks!

Hi, and welcome to the community!

 

Have you tried a clean reinstall of Spotify?

If you click on your name, go to account, then subscriptions; it will confirm whether you are premium or not.
