My Question or Issue
I´m paying for a premium account, but my app doesn't not recognize a premium account.
What I need to do, to solve this problem?

I‘d recommend signing out/in back to your Spotify account so that the app can sync with your subscription. If that doesn’t help, try a clean reinstall of the app.
