Premium account not sharing with my laptop

Hello,

I purchased a premium account from my desktop mac, and it works on the desktop and on my iPhone. However when I log into spotify on my macbook, it still says I am using the free account. I've tried logging out and logging back in again and even reinstalling spotify.

 

Does the account not transfer to my laptop? How do I get access to my premium account from my laptop?

Not to worry, I can see what's happened here.

You've just made a duplicate account via your Facebook. However, you upgraded this duplicate rather than your 'chrizman8908' account.

Have a look in your inbox--I've just sent you a message explaining how we'll work this out.
