Premium account not showing up anymore

Premium account not showing up anymore

I just purchased the 3 months for $10 on June 6th.  My CC shows an appropriate charge on June 8th.  Everything had been working fine, but this morning I see that I am back at Spotify Free.  I've tried logging in and out as well as deleting and reinstalling the app on my iphone, but I can't seem to get Premium back.  Any other suggestions?

No.  And my online receipt says $0.00 for June 6th 7day trial, but Visa says $10.82 😉

Sounds like you may have more than one account in the system. If you could get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form they can investigate this in a little more detail for you. 

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
