Premium account not working on iPhone 5

I just paid and my phone is saying I need to upgrade to premium and I already checked my bank account and I was charged.

Good afternoon Tinamalaty, how are you? Welcome to the Spotify community and I'd like to congratulate you on joining the community of people who subscribe to Spotify Premium, :). Let's see if we can get your subscription to work right, ^_^.

 

How long ago did you subcribe to Spotify Premium? Does the desktop version of Spotify indicate you're using Spotify Premium (check where the title via the top of the interface)? Unfortunately, for whatever reason is going on with the Internet, subscription status updates takes a while for it to synchronize across all of your devices. You should also verify on your profile page if you have successfully subscribed to Spotify Premium, :).

 

If you'd like, you can still try out these alternative situations. Sometimes, your device may not want to ask for new information regarding your account. In order to force it to do this, you should try doing the following...

 

  1. Log out of Spotify from your mobile device.
  2. Delete Spotify from your mobile device.
  3. Clear your device's cache (if applicable).
  4. Reboot your mobile device completely.
  5. Re-install Spotify.
  6. Log back in.

It's working normal on my desktop but not on my phone. I followed the steps and it didn't work

Sometimes it can just take a while for your subscription to be recognised on all of your devices. 

Try leaving it for a bit and then logging out and back in again.
